And they feel awsome and are lightweight, must buys

Rabid - for all surfaces I assume? Are they very supportive? I am 6' and weigh 235-240 so I carry around alot of extra weight on the courts :) How durable is the sole? I ask because I currently wear barricade IV's and have worn the sole out in the 6 month window so it looks like I will be sending them back for another pair due to their guarantee.

I just read the 3 reviews on the TW site as well...:D

nice looking shoe at a good price as well!!

after looking online at the other sites, TW sells them for the cheapest. prices for other stores range from $113 - $140. and they're here at TW for $89.95. but they don't have my size. :-(

even though davy wears that shoe, it doesn't say anything about him... perhaps he's not endorsed?

and many other pros "supposedly" uses products listed on TW but TW doesn't mention the name of the pro who uses it.

is this because they are not endorsed by the companies, or those pros are just not marketable enough for TW to put effort into making some info pages?

I believe they said during the match that he's not sponsored for shoes and he picks what he likes best.

yeah, i believe that's right. i remember during the match, it was said that his apparel sponsor (airness) only makes clothing, so he's got to find shoes of his own. apparently he went around the lockerroom asking players if he could borrow/test their shoes. :-D

I afraid you won't find anything better then barricades these days in terms of durability, other options will not last longer. Active players, coaches I know killing a pair in a month spending hours on courts daily base. Many tried variouse marks/models - no much difference, all top models for each brand last about the same time, rather questions are how it fits and for what price you can get them. So BIV are just fine, well, as fine as todays technology can acheive.

^^^ Yeah, they cant beat the Barricades in durability department, but I really don't like barricades so I look elsewere. If you try to search for them there is a place you can get a durability guarantee. I play mostly on hard courts and some hard-tru and they have good traction on both. (designed for hard I think) But Davy was wearing them on clay so shows they probably would work for all surfaces

I want to see what shoe a player that isn't sponsored by a show company uses. He/she will use what works for them since the fitness of their feet is important to their job.
