since demo is not available in my country, i need you guys experience to tell me which is better for me?
i am currently using dnx10mid, love everything about it, except after 2 hrs, it becomes to heavy to swing. basically looking for easier to swing versions of dnx10mid.
have these two racquets in mind.
thx

there must be somebody using these racquets...........

You have been answered already with regards to the Fischer vs DNX (http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showpost.php?p=1825127&postcount=4 ). If you require more detailed comparisons, you can ask me, I own both, and played the DNX as main racket for more than 1 year, and have switched to the MSpeed in the last few months.
There are also a number of posts with regards to the Donnay (even some reviews). Those rackets are only made for TW so this excludes "non US-residents" that might have demoed them, and probably you won't find a huge number of people who used them except for the ones who already posted.

od1n, thx.
the fischer and the donnay seems to have the similar flex to mid. and from the spec, both has lower SW than mid. i am looking for the 'one' that is closest to the character of mid with lower SW.
you did mentioned fischer is less power than the mid, by a big margin?

The difference is noticeable but not necessarily "big". I can hit a heavier ball with the Volkl when I'm well rested but my performance drops usually the longer the match goes. With the Fischer I can play forever and keep a pretty consistent level. 10 grams less and some 8-10 points less in SW go a long way (for me) when it comes to keeping stamina in a long match.
Let's say that if strung properly (mid to low tension) with an elastic string (syn gut or multi) you can get enough power from the Fischer (and I'm usually playing on clay where it's probably more difficult to hit through the slower conditions). During the winter I also play on indoor carpet and there it's a "breeze" to hit winners with it.
All things considered, the trade-off was worth it for me...a bit less power but more maneuverability with equal stability and "touch/feel". Your opinion may differ...but both are great rackets...I just wish I could exploit any of them to their full potential ;).
I have one of my Fischers strung with a hybrid of Topspin Cyberflash 1.25 (M) and Gosen micro 1.22 (C) at around 25 (poly)/ 26 (synth) kg (probably dropped some by now ...) and even that gives me enough in the "juice" department. My other sticks are usually strung either with Prince Syn Gut Multi or Pro Kennex IQ Elite (16 gauge) at around 26/25 kg and those have PLENTY of power.

I have both the Donnay and the Fischer and I'd say that the Fischer would be the sligtly easier to swing of the two. I haven't measured them, but it feels like the M-Speed's balance is just a little more headlight around the net than the Donnay and the Fischer seems to have a little more firmness in the hoop, so it pops a volley just a little better perhaps.

I'm in love with the feel of the Donnay, but I demoed the DNX 10 mid and the Fischer in the same bundle over a year ago - the Volkl was a little disappointing while the Fischer was a pleasant surprise, so I kept my eye on it and got one recently along with a used Donnay. I've decided to keep both for now - I think they are both exceptional (no bad choice!), but as an alternative to the Volkl, you might be more successful with the M-Speed.

I'll check back in case you have any more questions.

od1n, thx
appreciate you takes time to explain the diff on fischer and mid.
yes, 10g less and few point less in SW is going to make a diff on the long hours of play.
i will give it a try as soon as possible.
i suppose we are talking on the SL model right?
as a matter of fact, i am quite intrested in BB11 std too, what do you think about that?
once again, thx

Fuzz nation,
thx for the info.
you mentioned M speed is a little more easier to swing than the donnay, so i suppose donnay is more demanding than fisher ?
i think i just have to try the fischer .
thx again

I think it's a matter of splitting hairs concerning swing effort. I'm just a little more aware of the flex with the Donnay, so it may be the case that I swing it just a little harder to make the power that I want. Neither frame is a rocket launcher, but they both give me more pepper if I swing them harder.

Both are really sweet players with excellent feel, confidence inspiring control, and all the spin potential that I want. I think the Fischer may have a little more lively stringbed with the larger headside, but I'm also going to experiment with just a little lead on the Fischer (3/9 o'clock) to see how its behavior changes. The Donnay has the vibe of a smaller headsize and needs no alterations for me, but I'm just curious to see what happens with the M-Speed. It's good that you're going to try it - I don't have stringing recommendations yet, but the big M-Speed thread may be helpful.

Yes, I was talking about the SL Model, I don't generally like sub 300 grams rackets, and I've never tried the UL version of the MSpeed since the SL swings light enough for me.
I have the previous version (before "No Tolerance") but from what I understand the current "no tolerance" racket is the same, just the handle is a bit different (different buttcap and a bit less square shape).
If you can still get the pre-no tolerance one...even better if you do because it will be much cheaper and Fischer's QC is very good anyway.
Can't tell you much about the BB11 because I've never personally tried it. It had mixed reviews on this board with regards to swing weight...some say it swings lighter than the Mid, others say it's more difficult to swing. Since opinions are split...I would expect it to be very close in SW to the Mid ... so that wouldn't be an improvement for me (since I liked the Mid for everything except SW/maneuverability).

thx od1n.
we both have 1 thing in common, as we both love everything about the mid except the SW.
