I'm not sure if this was related to his "mid life crisis" (since physically he was 110%), but he was diagnosed with Cancer last week (Mast cell tumor).
He went into surgery last Thursday (the pic is from that night when I visited him, he looked like a wasted drunk
).
About 3-4 days later he seemed like nothing ever happened to him.....
I was under a lot a stress waiting for the results from the lab, to show what type it was, there are 3 types, the first 2 are fairly mild, and type 3 is very aggressive and normally means that there are leftover cancer cells that would require further treatment (radiation or chemo).
Yesterday I got the
Good News, it was type 2, and the lab results showed they got enough margins around the tumor, so he is cancer free now!!!!!
