Are you implying they are/play the same? Because they don't at all...
Would you elaborate on this? How differently do they play? Would you comment on performance, spin, durability, and most importantly, comfort?

I'd also like to get a comparison from someone who's played with both. Like a previous post suggested, I too find it odd that two companies would simultaneously release softer, blue versions of their gray polyester offerings.
I'm not implying that they are/play the same. I'm saying it is something to consider. There could be similarities in the two brands. CF is a stiffer version of CP. Big Hitter is a stiffer version of Big Hitter Blue. I've heard from a couple of people on these forums that CF is a softer poly than Big Hitter, it is also cheaper for a reel and you get more. I was thinking of trying out Big Hitter to see how it compares to CF. I have tried CP and thought it was a pretty good string, so I too am curious about this Big Hitter Blue.

My brother uses it and loves it. It's great if you prefer the feel of poly strings. I can't stand it, personally.
Why can't you stand it? I guess because you don't like the feel of poly? Also, what did your brother like about it?
If the above is your criteria, try MSV Focus or Hex. The Big Hitter Blue is pretty powerful for a copolymer. FWIW, in a blind test it would be impossible to tell the difference between the BHB and the CyberPower.
Thanks Stan, I am trying MSV Focus Hex 1.18 @50 / 17g multi @50 on the PT280 and I was really surprised at the power and BITE I got. I am not a poly guy at all, especially on the PT280 because power of this stick is hard to come by. My usual setup is natty gut main/whatever cross.
Anyway, with the MSV Focus Hex setup, I played my best tennis in while...I could go further to say that I was in the zone! So that is why I am exploring Poly again.
One thing about Focus Hex 1.18 is that it seems to be getting a bit mushy on the second session (after about 3 hours of hard hitting). Or maybe because I used the Head Fibergel 17g in the cross. I am tempted to put natty gut in the cross, but it just seems like waste.
Anyway, I am on the quest for CRISPINESS and BITE!
STan or anyone else, what do you put on the cross with Focus Hex?

I'm a gut user so obviously it feels very stiff and board-like. I also use a lot of spin so the loss of power doesn't really help my game at all. My brother's a flatter hitter who doesn't want to spend a great deal of money on strings so it's perfect for him. He could switch at any time though, he can't seem to stick with a string. I keep telling him that he should try something a little higher priced, but he continues to look for cheap strings.
But what do I know. I'm no expert. I just know that I love my Babolat VS string setup.
