I have a Old HEAD TX PROFESSIONAL made in USA, but frame made it in Austria, is a good racquet?,

Excellent racquet! It was the forerunner to the Prestige and I believe it was the first Head racquet with CAP grommets.
To add a bit more, I believe the TXP was the last iteration of the Head Graphite Professional. See the pictures I just posted in the racquet section showing the older Head Graphite Pro with CAP grommets. I believe the green Graphite Pro I posted was from about 1989.
Also, in the TX series were the TXD (Graphite Director) and TXE (Graphite Edge).

The TXP is not from the Graphite Pro Mold. The TXP is how Head marketed the Prestige Pro in the U.S.A in 1986 and 1987. While in 1986 and 1987 Europe got the racquet marketed as the Prestige Pro. In 1988 the U.S.A. got the Prestige Pro cosmetic but was not as beautifully detailed as the Austrian version.
There were tons of players that used the racquet with the Prestige Pro cosmetics. I do remember Derek Rostagno using the TXP cosmetics in 1987.

So, the modern Prestige CAP grommets won't fit the TXP?
...If not, I bet it would be a bear to get replacement grommets for that stick :shock:
How did the 1986-87 Prestige Pro/TXP differ from the other racquets that use/used the traditional 89.5 sq. in. mold (now the modern Prestige)?

I assumed the TX series simply used the molds of the previous HEAD graphite racquets and then added a new 'ingredient' into the racquet's composition.
TXP - Graphite Professional
TXE - Graphite Edge
TXD - Graphite Director

The TXP is the same mold as the Prestige Pro and Prestige Classic 600. Modern Prestige Mid C.A.P. Grommets will fit the TXP. The Graphite Pro uses a different mold even though they are the same head size.
The Graphite Edge TXE was 81.1 sq. inches with a 16x18 string pattern. The regular Graphite Edge was 18x19
The Graphite Director TXD was 16x20. While the regular Graphite Director was 18x21.
The TXP was a newly designed mold. The TXP equals on the racquet TX Professional.
There was in 1986 and 1987 a TXM=TX Master which was then changed to the Prestige Master in 1988.

So, is it just the beam width that is different between the Graphite Pro and Prestige Pro/Classic 600/TXP? The headsize and string pattern are the same.

Both the Graphite Pro and Prestige Pro/TXP/Classic 600 are 19mm beam width. It is the design of the racquets that is different. The diffefrence is in the thinner thraot bridge, more aerodynamic when looking straight at the racquet, and grommet channel. Here look at the differences looking straight at the racquets.

Oh, i can see the difference near the handle, too. I do notice that the throat and lower head/bridge grommets are an issue when replacing with CAPs on the older 'prestige type' frames. The bridge is usually thicker on the older models.
