but does anyone have an idea on how he may have gotten them. (sectionals was in beaverton, oregon)

My guess would be his dad or mom knows someone with power at nike considering their hq is in oregon. that's sick though.

We need a closeup on this retro-colored gem! It sure looks, as you guys say, SICK, even from afar!

Nike has developed a culture of making tons of "exclusive" kicks that are not offered to the public. In return they are using these to please their VIPs and contracted spokes athletes. Unless u can befriend one of these people, I am afraid u can't really get your hands on them.

The good news is, Nike seems to be listening to fans in a small extend. The cotton candy Nadal CB was a good example. So keep checking on different sites and here....

Nike is based in Beaverton, so chances are he got them from some close connect or shoes heads camped out for the P.E. day.

I wish more than anything else that Nike would release their tennis shoes for customization on NikeID. My grey/white Breathe Cage 2's would look great with a touch of blue on them.

Blahhhh. We lost our Sectionals  Majority of the kids at mine were going off to college to play, so we got practically crushed in every round.

Most of the kids at mine were wearing the Stock Yellow/Black CB's and I was sporting my cut tounge ones (got alot of odd looks at my shoe, but it's cool). Is this kid sponsored by Nike?

Nike has "sample" sales for employees where they get rid of excess athlete items. Probably where that guy got them.

the black ones are the exact some colorway of the first courtballistecs. i just noticed that. Rafa probably like the colors but wanted to stick with the BCII's for one more slam.
