I'll give my brief background and then ask, which would you choose? why?
Previous racquet:
Gamma T-7, static weight about 12.1oz (b/c of lead in handle)
What I want:
Soft, flexy feel
Low powered, control oriented
Stability (I don't mind tinkering w/ lead tape and string setup)
What I don't want:
Too much "pop" (like you get from stiff frames). A little "pop" is nice
Frame twisting
Deciding between:
Fischer M Comp 95
Fischer M Pro One 98
I've hit w/ the 95. I like it. A lot. It is definitely low powered. I wonder if I could benefit from a few more sq inches of head size?
I haven't demo'd the 98 (not yet anyway). How different is it? The frame is quite a bit thicker in some places isn't it? How does that affect the feel?
Which would you choose? Why?
