Polystar Energy and Biphase

Being Energy a soft poly and X1 Biphase a crisp multifilament, how do they compare and which do you recommend?-(Tension, spin, comfort, feel, durability, control, power, etc.)
Thanks Parasailing for you reply in other thread concerning this question.
Tension: Biphase, Energy does not hold tension well (doesn't really matter as you should string polys low anyways)
Spin: Energy, obviously better than biphase
Comfort: Energy should be comfortable enough, but it's obviously not as comfortable as biphase
Feel: Both are nearly the same
Durability: Energy
Control: Energy
Power: Energy
I highly recommend energy. You can't really compare a multi and a poly, but if you are a stringbreaker try out energy. If not, try biphase.
Would you put gut or Biphase (or another multi) as a cross with Energy to make it even softer?

I agree with most of your assessment except for power. Biphase has more of it and if durability means breaking the string, I would probably agree with you. But since Energy loses so much tension, it becomes unplayable so even if it's more durable, it's loses it playability.
Energy represents a good value for those who can string for themselves.

agree with you here.. energy is very powerful and soft.. if it held tension better, than it would put every other string to shame but you can't be the best at everything..
Sorry, even among multis, I cannot think of one more powerful than X-1. Energy doesn't come close. X-1 launches balls just looking at it.
