i like the fit of Nike shirts back then too. I feel like the sleeves of all Nike Shirts these days are getting tighter and shorter.

Someone should tell Nike that were all not Rafa...and don't want to be seen as the guy with the tight muscle shirt on while playing tennis.

I hate when i see someone all decked out in the latest tennis styles and they can't play worth a crap.

You are aware that if "that guy" wasn't buying the latest tennis styles, then there wouldn't be nearly as many new styles for you to choose today. :oops:

Look at the way these new nike shirts are sticking to nadal and isner. Yuck. Looks like vinyl. These 04 throwbacks have better breathing.

I'm kind of into the new Nad gear, but I don't want to be "that guy" so I just wear the wristbands since they are quite goaty.

For clothing, I wear uber expensive cotton polo shirts, khakis from GAP and Docksiders.

The nadal stuff feels like something to wear under a snowboarding coat. Like it is designed to keep you warm. The huggy fit and thick fabric is no bueno.

Well for one, you guys are all nostalgic for old things, I think. Because I think the majority of the old stuff looks like crap (With a few exceptions like Fed USO 05, obviously) whereas the new stuff is much better.

Also, who cares what they're wearing? If I think something looks cool, I'll buy it and wear it. I'm not going to wear something else just because some hack thinks that I'm not worthy of it or something. Other people can do that too.

Nike has definitely improved their 'Dri-Fit' concept throughout the years.
I have this shirt from 1997 and I might as well wear a wool burlap turtleneck.

A great picture and a nice shirt. Simple colorblocks. Imagine if we transplanted Lleytons heart into Feds body. Imagine if you could buy this shirt in multiple colorways from TW!

Great cosmetics on this new rafa shirt, but notice bad moisture wicking, it is stuck to his body.
He's so depressed by this he's smoking a cigarette during the handshake with Nalby.

GHOAT looks good, but yellow top is suctioned onto body, looks like a plastic bag from the bodega.

Bring back the lighter fabrics and zip necks!

Nah- I think he's smoking a handrail, which obviously disturbs Nalby and makes him 'fuzzy'.

I remember this shirt well, thought it looked sharp with the black piping, BUT... it was a terry material (like a bath towel), not sure how Nike thought they could claim this was DriFit as it was really scratchy and really absorbent in the wrong way.

I had the matching shorts that had a thick black stripe down the sides, very smooth.
