Gamma Turntable Upgrade

I was thinking of getting the Progression STII or X-ST, the only thing I don't like is the 6pt. mount. So, is the 5003 2pt. mount turntable compatible to replace the standard 6pt. mount that comes on the Progression STII or X-ST. Will Gamma even let me do this, or do I have to buy either of these machines and then get the 5003 2pt. turntable? I know Gamma would probably just tell me to get the 6004 machine, but I want a portable high quality 2pt. crank, and if I want to add a Wise later, I can do that too. Also, will this have 360 rotation. These are things I would like in a machine.

Well, you are probably asking the wrong people about the situation. Call the new GammaTech and see what deal you can get.

Nothing wrong with liking what you like, but as with anything custom ordered to your specs, expect to pay more. Prices are made for certain set ups and variations expectedly will cost more.

Years ago I was considering an Alpha Apex II and asked if they could sell it minus the crank, since I already owned a Wise. He said yes, but the price difference wasn't significant enough to not get the crank.

I'll trade you my 2pt mount from my progression 2 if it will work.

Hmm it is the Progression 200. The side says "Progression II". In any case it was worth a shot.
