This is not even a remotely analogous situation and I'm seriously shocked that you think it is. Let me fix it for you. It's like a contractor buying a Dewalt power drill at Home Depot and then once you go to use it in the manner that all other drills are used, you can't drill through a piece of plywood because you didn't realize you were supposed to manipulate the trigger in a specific way, and buy only specific drill bits, and only apply 2lbs of pressure for your given material. Then you're told that it's your fault that you're unsatisfied because you didn't call up Dewalt directly and ask them for specific use instructions and the specific combination to use on what is an ordinary piece of plywood that you've been drilling into for the past number of years. Only problem is that you know how to do your job and the drill was sold right next to similar looking Hitachi, Makita, Milwaukee and Porter Cable drills, so you would have no reason to treat it any differently. That's how the situation is: fans claim that you did something wrong yourself even though TW sells the strings just like they sell all of their other strings.
