What's the most shocking movie ending you have seen?

Anaconda

Fun fact - the girl I lived with last year's sister was married to the Japanese dude in the film.

I remember how they ripped into it on South Park. Epic stuff.

Nice, what did she make of the film?

Did you watch the second one by chance? It sort of proves that line of thought.

Nah, but it's banned in my country apparently, I'll watch it online soon.

When the Wind Blows. I define "shocking" as something I did not see coming and something which broke the norm of the film. This is a perfect example.

I forgot about Audition (1999).

The Downfall - entirely predictable ending.

Yeah, I thought Hitler and his wife had a dance party and Dinosaurs invaded Berlin and ate them and that's how they died. They ended up killing themselves and I was really confused about my depiction about history so I would say that ending did surprise me.

I thought both these Dicaprio movies had me really thinking at the end:

Shutter Island
Inception

And the ending of Blood Diamond gets me everytime. My favorite movie of all time

Se7en was pretty shocking. Possibly the most disturbing for me though, was the final scene in L'âge d'Or. I can only imagine the reaction it got when it was released.
