    Cincinnati again this year!

As much as I LOVED this experience last year, I won't be making it out this time. I went to Wimbledon last month and I'm going to the Davis Cup tie in Chicago in September, so there's my tennis-going budget well spent. I'm hoping to go next year--most of the events on the calendar move back a...

Seeking some advice re: tournaments to go to this summer.

Everything in my life ended up going according to plan and I went to Wimbledon! I was in London for about 12 days. I went to a day of Wimbledon qualifying at Roehampton, quarterfinals day at Eastbourne, then the first four days of Wimbledon itself. I lucked out and got Centre Court for the...

    Big 10 Tennis

I've never been to a college match before and know bery little about the college game, but I'm going to see NU vs MSU a week from Sunday. What should I expect in terms of match format/length of play for the day? Also, who are some players I should look out for?

    Jack Sock 20 wild cards

Huh? Young has the most of all time--it's around 50.

Seeking some advice re: tournaments to go to this summer.

Hi all, I'm a big tennis fan (though only the last few years) but due to my location I don't have many tournaments close to me. Last year I did finally get to Cincy for the MOnday, Tuesday, Wednesday and it was really amazing. Everything I could've hoped for and more. My plan since last...

    Wimbledon 2014 (Arriving from Ireland!)

Murray's defending champion, so he'll open play at Centre Court on the first Monday. The 10 day plan is kind of ideal for me. It's what I've budgeted for, and this is actually two days longer than I originally intended. Definitely couldn't afford the lodging for another week! Plus the second...

    2014 Portugal Open

In case you didn't know, it looks like the Portugal Open might be cancelled this year.

    Wimbledon 2014 (Arriving from Ireland!)

I'll jump in on this topic. I am planning on coming from the States to go to Wimbledon this year. I did apply on the Ballot. Right now, my plan is to arrive the Tuesday before the tournament. I'm staying at a guest house in Clapham. I plan on going to the third day of Qualies at Roehampton...

    Suggestions for Cincy?

So, think we'll see Rafa in Cincy this year?

    Wimbledon

I've never actually gone, but I'm meticulously planning for a future trip. From what I've heard, 6-7am in the queue is early enough for ground passing and getting into the grounds with time to spare before play begins.

    Wimbledon

Queuing is basically your option. If I were you I would hardly hesitate to queue for round one grounds passes. You'd be mad to pass it up. You could also check out Eastbourne, or free Wimbledon qualies at Roehampton.

    Suggestions for Cincy?

I haven't made a must-see list, though I definitely will at some point, but it'll start with Djokovic (his rise in 2011 is what got me into tennis) and Federer (love watching him play, looking like it won't be much longer). Then Nadal (tend to root against him but don't necessarily dislike...

    Suggestions for Cincy?

I'm in the same boat! I'm a teacher and just off for summer--Cincy is basically the last hurrah of my summer, so I'm kind of okay with it being a while away. Also, don't bother buying a program at the site; I was stupid and pre-ordered two without realizing it. I'll let you have my extra one...

    Suggestions for Cincy?

Cool! I'm an ISu grad (haven't updated the location) and I am also obsessed with DFW! We'll have to meet up there if you're interested.
