Hello. I was researching shoulder injuries in which a x-ray and MRI show nothing. I read your post from 2014 and it sounds almost exactly like an injury that my son has. He only experiences pain when moving his shoulder back. Did you ever get to the root issue and what did you do to correct the injury? Thank you for your help.
