Got the torn epicondle from a stiff racket that hit so nice I didn't want to switch. Had the surgery, couldn't play for 6 months, came back using Kennex 5G. Have used several arm friendly rackets since, now use Kennex Blackace 98 with Babolat gut in mains and synthetic gut in crosses. I promise...
This is so true. Find something that works for you and if you actually like it then you have solved the hardest part of getting in shape. People who hate their workouts rarely stick with them.
I see that you are using 5G. Great choice of racket for anyone with tennis elbow. 5G really helped me. Prince Original Graphite 1 Stripe is even better IMO. good luck
my buddy had a mild heart attack ( if there is such a thing ) while we were hitting. He received a stint and a month later was back on court. He would rest every 15 minutes and we just hit easy. took him several months to get back to hard workouts and he mainly plays doubles now. Singles is too...
Looking for sunglasses that work against a hard hitter. I can see the ball ok on slower shots wearing sunglasses but I have not been able to wear shades against really hard hitters. Any recommendations will be appreciated.
Got my first POG 1 stripe at Goodwill for $2.99. My lucky day. I couldn't afford this racket when they first came out. Now that I can afford them they aren't made anymore and I am always looking for them in junk shops.
