Orthopedist says I will need fusion surgery and be off my feet for four months. I am 70 years old. After 15 minutes on the court, my foot hurts unbelievably. I wear a shoe with a big toe box. Any suggestions short of surgery?
I'm a 69-year old, 4.5 righty. For the past two weeks years, I have practiced serving left-handed to be ready in case I need rotator cuff surgery on the right shoulder. Gotta cover all the bases. Right?
i use Wilson Steam 99 for doubles & Wilson Steam 105 for singles.
The former is one-half inch shorter & with a smaller head size & thus easier to volley with.
