Bad mix. Adidas and Novak were the best pairing. Now he betrayed Shiva.
Novak is in firing mode these days. Channeling his inner Trump. Uniqlo, Adidas, you're fired.
Ah c'mon! That's how the Lygon St. boys used to look when it finally got cold enough outside the club they were bouncing for to have to cover up their cheese cloth singlets lolHave seen this yesterday at local Lacoste shop in Belgrade:
The price is around 170€. The hoodie itself looks and feels amazing. It is completely transparent, which makes the lining completely visible from the outside, and with very discrete Lacoste logo/Novak insignia printed on back/left arm. Would buy it instantly, however they only have it up to size 56, while I would definitely need 60 - available on Lacosta web site, but not in the store... shame, since I am a big guy.
Anyone have tried on this new Novak outfit. Is it true size or loose/slim fit/tight ? I really need some recommendations . I am going to buy 10-20 outfit for my team. Its really nice but still wondering about its size .
Tks much
I agree with you re Novak's new Lacoste shirt; wasn't really a Uniqlo fan either, but I call Fugly, especially the white version - what a 'croc'!Props to Lacoste for inventing the modern polo, but I don't think their style is as sleek or modern as uniqlos.
The current kit novak will be using from them looks pretty atrocious. A huge square across the chest with weird geometric patterns? That simply would not do for any style in any time era LOL.
Almost all of his uniqlo kits were pretty solid AND simplistic and innovative.
And also adding a small green crocodile to generic shorts or polo shouldn't make it worth more than 100$

yea but that Uniqulo cotton stuff is Crap. it is thin and it is Cheap....NO good. unlike this Premium Lacoste cotton and polyester....these stuff is great for tennis players....stays dry and light during tough summer play,, kind of like that Under armour stuff..... Not sure why Underarmour stock is in the dumpster...but it is extremely popular around where I live and every tennis player is wearing underaromour now.....it is amazing.........Agree, I thought Uniqlo and Djokovic were a good match; their designs/colors were simple - and that's what I liked, their simplicity.
Just go to the Lacoste online store. They're having semi annual sale anyway, can save 12 bucks on that hat.By the way ,,, Tennis warehouse is sold out of that RED lacoste hat made of polyester,,,, and they can't order anymore......I hate that............ Can you guys Please tell Lacoste to make more of those Red hats please......
That Red hat isn't anywhere on lacoste website..... where do you see it ?Just go to the Lacoste online store. They're having semi annual sale anyway, can save 12 bucks on that hat.
Was pretty sure I saw it there yesterday or day before, but I'm not seeing it now. Maybe they're out of stock tooThat Red hat isn't anywhere on lacoste website..... where do you see it ?

I don't know what it is, but Djokovic just does not seem like a Lacoste guy to me. I thought the classic styles worked for Roddick, but somehow looks "off" on Joker.
I'm jealous. It's a great design. There needs to be a coordinating jacket, not the plain white one, but one with an accent of the polo design on the sleeve or part of the chest. The hood seems unnecessary on the jacket, too.
They just went up for sale, because the partnership was just announced this week. How would anybody have tried the line already? But in most Lacoste stuff I wear a 5 which is a US large I think. Wear medium in most brands.
And lol @Shaolin s post. Its $110 for a rather ugly polo.
It is funny.

people were complaining about Lacoste being too roomy and not fitted enough.
Goes to show how many people talk without knowing.
Lacoste Sport polos were very roomy for quite a few years. I often wear U.S. extra large in other brands and even traditional, cotton Lacoste (size 7 via the old sizing system), but the size 6 sport polos were very big on me when they still called the 6 a U.S large. I think that's one of the reasons Lacoste changed their French to U.S. sizing conversions for their Sport line. Now they say 5 is a large, 6 is XL, and 7 is XXL. It's still not an exact conversion, but it seems more accurate now.
Reality is that adidas let go Novak to free up the money nedded to sign Murray. It wasn't Novak's choice. The German brand should be grateful that Nole kept his 3 stripped shoes!Bad mix. Adidas and Novak were the best pairing. Now he betrayed Shiva.

As were most tennis polos and crews from other brands, because that is how the "fashion" in those years was.
The complaints (given the context) were for Lacoste always being like that including in recent times.
It is just another reason for people to complain, it seems.
P.S. I am talking from the perspective of what was sold in Europe or Asia.
Don't digress into the problems at Under Armour. Something is definitely wrong when you pay millions of dollars for the number one player in the world's endorsement at the time - like Andy Murray - and you can't produce a cohesive line of tennis wear or a pair of tennis shoes for him in three years.
There is something definitely wrong with the marketing strategy at that company.
