    G-Speed Pro Review (in Progress)

I've been using this stick stock with a full bed of Yonex poly tour pro 125. My previous racket/ preferred racket is Extreme 2.0 Pro with same string. Both strung at 50lbs. After using the Graphene Pro for a month, I have gotten fairly comfortable with it but I do not feel as confident with it...

Lots of talent, little game (matchplay)

I'm guessing that you start to choke in games. I do that too. Try to think of games as just practice and they have no meaning. Play your own game as in focus on being consistent, 2 down the line 2 cross court and so on. If you make mistakes, let it go.

Bicep, tricep, back of deltoid ache

I will also go back on my insanity eating plan and focus my body better nutrition post workout. If i feel this ache/pain only after I hit really hard and if I rest or take it easy n it goes away. Is it an injury or is it conditioning or bad form? The other odd thing is that I kind off have...

Bicep, tricep, back of deltoid ache

As for diet, I probably need to eat more protein but I don't think that is it. It's pretty clear to how the ache or could be pain occurred. It is from trying to hit the ball with more pace and forcing my will upon the ball. I especially feel it when I'm out of proper positioning. Those are...

Bicep, tricep, back of deltoid ache

Well I started playing again this July at a rate of 2x a week. I did do a 2months insanity workout which I completed back in late April. I'm thinking lack of tennis conditioning. I will look into how to get back into tennis shape. Feel free to link me. Thanks.

Bicep, tricep, back of deltoid ache

I was away from tennis for 20 yrs and I'm now mid 30s. I have never had such aches but i do now. I'm trying to find the reason to why I'm having these aches. I believe it is associated with hitting harder on my forehand or possibly my serve or probably both. Could it be from hitting too late or...

Head Graphene Speed Pro v Head Youtek IG Extreme Pro 2.0

I'm working on figuring this out myself. I own both rackets. I had the e2p first and it felt really great in terms of control and power. One drawback that made me want to try a different racket was that if I pounded the ball for 30min pr longer, I would have a slight ache in my biceps and...

Where do you guys order your reel of PTP 125? All the sellers that I can find are either in Europe or GB or China. I need a US based seller with a good price. My Pro 2.0 is on the way. I am excited to try it out with a PTP 125(my plan).

Thanks for the reply. I will look into the Volkl to be thorough. I am gonna get a vcore 89 to test soon. Years ago I played with the Prince synergy extender CTS(over 100 sq in). I've been playing with the 2010 blx 6.1 95. I seem to have quite a bit of frame hit while serving and a couple...
