2 different microgel prestige pros

i recently bought a microgel prestige pro 1 month ago and i just got another today. The older one vibrates at the handle when dropped on the ground but the new one doesn't vibrate. In other words, the older one has a vibrating handle and the newer one doesn't have a virbating handle. Since the racquets were both new, i obviously took very good care of them and i nvr threw them or abused them. If one of the racquets has a vibrating handle and the other doesnt then that clearly shows that the quality of the older racquet is not ensured and hints that maybe there are other problems with it as well that i haven't yet noticed.

What should i do to fix this problem? Send it back to head? If i do send it back, will they fix it?

Take it to a local pro shop.

I betcha it's a loose buttcap, or the trap door of the buttcap is loose.

Happened to me once on a Head FXP Prestige.

Good luck and happy hitting!

Same thing happened to my wife with a nearly new MG Radical Pro. It was the buttcap. It had cracked a bit at one of the staples. Replaced the buttcap and all was well.

Like the previous poster suggested, pull of the grip and checkout he buttcap.

if it is the butt cap or loose graphite, do u think it will make the racquet perform worse? If the racquet plays the same now as it will if i get the cap fixed or the graphite out, then i dont wanna go through the trouble of doing it unless it will actually help my game.
