Sam,
The links you provided show pics of both the 2011-13 and 2013-14 Pro Staffs (don't recall exactly when the cosmetics changed, but it was probably about 2013), so I assume that's the change you're asking about. I use both and consider them interchangeable. If they're not identical, the differences are very, very minor. The beam width, flex, balance, etc. are the same, at least within Wilson's quality control standards.
When Wilson changes the cosmetics they make it sound like the racquet is "improved" but that's really just marketing hype. If you read TW reviews they will say things like "improved feel" and "more power and control" because they (and Wilson) want people to buy new racquets.
BTW, the 95" racquet is still offered in a 16/15 "spin" version, but with the new PS cosmetics. You can tell from the specs that it's the old 18 mm version, and is totally different from the 97 in frame with the wider (21.5 mm) beam and different flex and balance.
I suspect you know that the 95" PS and 100" PS are totally different racquets, so don't make the mistake of buying a 100 if you're looking for a 95. It's much more than the head size that is different.
