Any elite Europe/S America summer tennis camp that combines training/tournaments?

Son will probably just play tourneys in US this summer, but I was curious if anyone had recommendations for a 2-4 week tennis camp that included taking players to tournaments-probably men's $ opens. I have read good reviews about Global Team in Mallorca. There are a lot of opportunities for summer play in the US, but we wondered if playing tennis in Europe or South America would be good prep for college play. Also it might be late in the game to train on clay since college matches are mainly hard court. Son has played clay tourneys in US but never on red clay. Son has had some opportunities to play international players in the US so there may be no need to play them overseas. For those who have trained or played for a few weeks in Europe and/or South America was it worth it? We recently got an Email advertising one such camp in Europe, but the campers seemed to be 2 star high schoolers. Interested in something more challenging and competitive but not too long so he can return to US and practice on hard courts before Kzoo.

Don't know how relevant this still is since it's 9 years ago, but I went to ISP academy in Nice, France for 3 weeks once. Weather was great, some very skilled players were at the camp and it came with guided tournament counselling.
May be worth checking out
