ASICS customer service is great!

I got a pair of Asics Gel Challenger 7 few months back. At that time TW did not offer outsole warranty on that model. I burned through the outsole and midsole in about 5 months. I loved the comfort but did not like the idea of spending $80 every 4-5 months. So I sent the shoes back to ASICS. They received the shoes on Friday, and guess what, today morning there was a message in my inbox stating that I would receive a new pair of shoes in 5 business days. I had requested that they send me Resolution 2 as replacement and they even agreed to that.

I admire their shoes and now I am fan of their customer service.

5 days? That's pretty quick. From my experience, that's even better than Nike.

Tennis warehouse now has a 6 month sole guarantee on all Asics tennis shoes.

The Gel Resolution 2 is such a comfortable shoe. It's only downfall was the sole wore too quickly. Now there is less reason not to go with them.

Sounds like a company trying to break into tennis, or at least become notable in tennis, they are making the shoes after all. However, if the shoes didn't come with a six month warranty it's not bad service if someone calls in and they don't get the service the OP did. Just a heads up "back down to earth" warning.

That would be great if TWE wasnt quite overpriced compared to competitors :/ I wonder if everywhere offers it?

That is amazing to hear. Asics rock hard only durability is terrible, but worthwhile in this case!
