Babolat grip size

I am going to buy the new AeroPro Drive GT but am not sure of the grip size that I need. I am aware that Babolat's more round grips tend to
make the grip seem larger that it is. I went to the Learning Center and studied how I can easily measure my grip using a ruler
but was astounded to find out it measured to 4.5 inches. I know I have
a small hand for seventeen year old and my coach recommends I take
something between 4 1/4 and 4 1/2. Would 4 3/8 be appropriate? Or is that even too big?

My hands are roughly the same size as yours, i personally found that if you use the 4 3/8s w/ the synthetic replacement grip and an overgrip on the APDC(GT) it feels a tad big. It feels OKAY with just the replacement grip alone but i would prefer using a 4 1/4 w/ replacement + overgrip (sadly i can't seem to get my hands on one). My 2 cents

Thanks for the advice. I just remeasured my hand and found that it reached 4 3/8 instead of 4 1/2. My bad. I suppose the 4 1/4 with an overgrip would be more appropriate. The people over at tennis warehouse recommended at take the the 4 3/8 with an overgrip when I mentioned I measured to 4 1/2.

Babolat grips don't really feel too much bigger. They have just a little bit more round than Wilson and more square than Head

Here's something to consider.

Why not just get a smaller grip size (maybe 4 1/4) and build up with overgrips to get your most comfortable size?
