Novak's, they're not wide or flat per se, but they're wider and flatter than the 2017 ones

Would you say they would be too narrow if a size 11 in Vapor 9.5s fit me perfectly?

Yes, I had both. Vapor 9.5 fitted well, and Barricade was a disaster, I had blisters all the time until they finally broke in after 6 weeks or so.

I am coming back after 4 yrs. Adidas Barricade was the best I found but, I used to wear K-Swiss only until they changed enough to hurt my feet

Either Barricade gives you support and stability, and the fit is similar enough that it's probably not a decision maker. For me, the difference is the Boost version. It really makes a difference in impact protection.
