So I started watching the late 80s/90s series Baywatch on Amazon Prime. A couple of observations. I am only halfway through season 1 and I think that Mitch Buchanan's son Hobie has already cost L.A. County in excess of $100k in rescue efforts. Also, Mitch should have been a circus performer with the way he can dive out of helicopters to tackle jet ski riders at 60mph.

Those were the days I was sexually aroused
. All I see in this undisclosed hell hole are fat crack head biker chicks , drunken drools, horse heads as in heroin ,and meth mouths

I don’t think I will ever get aroused again

I am trapped in a hidden dimension of goblins and ghouls and I can’t get out

Hasselhoff was a superstar singer in Germany after Baywatch. Never had an acting role in the U.S. that I can recall after Baywatch ended. I think the Knight-rider TV show was before Baywatch series and spin-offs.

Knight Rider was what made him famous-it ran from 1982-1986.

Interesting to see how they all turned out. I think my favorite ladies were Yasmine Bleeth, Shawn Weatherly and Erika Eleniak.

All the guys still look decent and most of the gals do to. But there are one or two of the Baywatch gals that kept their same level of attractiveness. Pamela Anderson is not in that grouping. Carmen Electra was hot for me until she got married to Dennis Rodman! Angie Hamon is one that is still hot!

For me Alexandra Paul who had the least to flaunt body-wise was the sexiest-saw her in several films before & after BW & she was a very good actress who had brains as well as beauty, she doesn't seem to have aged well-but looks to have gone heavily down the facial surgery route which may be why. One of the blonde bimbo actresses ending up becoming obese & having her own Ice Cream van, think it was Nicole Eggert.

Still binge watching this show and am now on season 3. I think it is funny how they introduce new lifeguards and how short lived some of them are, like the lovable loser Harvey. I was pretty surprised that Shaunie and Eddie got married and left the USA two shows into season 3. The very next episode has them out of the opening credits and a whole slew of new guards (Pamela Anderson, Alexandra Paul, David Charvet, Nicole Eggert, Kelly Packard).

The creator of Baywatch was a genius - sun, ocean, hot lifeguards, rescues, crime, romance, drama, action and Southern California beachfront in its heyday as backdrop! What not to like? Just mindless great eye candy viewing!:)(y)

What in the world happened to Nicole Eggert?
She used to be one of the hottest little ladies back in the 80's and 90's especially on Babewatch. :p I remember reading somewhere she filed a sexual assault against her old co-star Scott Baio from Charles in Charge.

When they used to work on their sitcom she claimed there was inapropriate relations going on but that was 29 yrs ago! Why did she wait so long? I guess she wanted in on the me too movement like some of the ladies in Hollyweird.

Hobie is costing LA county taxpayers much less in seasons 2 and 3. I think he was up to $250k in rescues in season 1.

Eggert was quite a looker. I think she got implants to keep up with the other ladies and had them reduced when she left the show, deciding it just wasn't for her.

The effects of watching Baywatch! Do you think guys watched it for the acting or superior dialogue? The era of jiggle tv at its finest. Who has seen the new Baywatch movie with the Rock? Is it worth watching?
