best player never to win more than 1 slam (since 1990)

'one slam wonder' seems alittle bit too harsh. I dont really see what is wrong with winning just one grand slam title when there are hundreds of good players out there who haven't even got to a grand slam final - let alone winning one. I'm not going to make a poll on this because there are more than 10 people who have only won one grand slam title.

I'm torn between roddick, because he has been able to get into finals and lose to the best player of this era and Goran ivaniesevic, for exactly the same reason. Other players like moya,ferrero and stuff like that come to mind aswell.

Roddick wouldn't lose to Nalbandian, Murray or Davydenko in any Slam final (except maybe Aussie Open, the French Open... he will never be in the final so lets leave that out)

It's simple --> No Federer, and it means Roddick has around 4 more Grand Slams AT LEAST, Djokovic wins a few more, a lot of players actually are one-trick ponies because of Roger.

probably purged, as it contained information on how to circumvent permabans, etc. I do remember it was in a thread started by a person who said that he/she was banned from a boxing forum. manny pacquiao P4P king told this poster that he was banned from there many times, and came back. Definetely has got to be Roddick, the "only" obstacle between Roddick and a secure spot in tennis HoF is called Roger Federer,4 slam finals Roddick have lost to Federer,that IS brutal.

So far its Roddick, but I think he'll win at least 2 more slams over the next 3 yrs now that he's learning to think on the court.

For me, the best player with only one Slam would be Michael Chang.
