I guess nobody has hit with this racquet, or they really didn't like it, if anyone had please give some feedback.
I demoed it and I liked it but not as much as I'd hoped. The specs are spot on: 100 + thin beam + 11oz unstrung + 18x20! First thing is the head shape - very unusual. It looked much rounder on the net?! In reality it is very elliptical. It felt really solid, groundies were great. SS was ok but a bit low-ish. This low-ish ss and the head shape were the real deal breaker for me.
Would you say it was more elliptical than other Dunlop sticks like the 300T or even Vantage sticks?
From the description, one would think that it was more rounder than that.
And you say I'm picky?
"Head shape" is a deal breaker? I am assuming you will never play a Yonex then.
He's not alone, head shape is one of the most important thing for me on a racquet. It just has to feel right. You are right, i've never even considered Yonex because of this. And you say I'm picky?

I haven't hit with it, but it's not just you. The product description page actually reads "rounder head shape," but the photo next to it is of a frame every bit as elongated as any recent Dunlop. Maybe earlier in the development process they were planning something closer to Davydenko's Prince frame, and the marketing copy stayed the same after the frame design changed?Well, I am not familiar with Vantage racquets. However, it has nothing to do with say mfil 200 or aerogel 200. I don't know maybe I didn't expect that from the 200 line. I would really like to hear what other people have to say about 200P. Maybe it was just me?!
Got it.. what I like is that the width of the basket is about the same as a 98 racquet, more specifically my kblade 98. The length is longer which is a good thing.. should equate to a bigger hitting area. My offhits tend to be length wise no width wise anyway.
But it's a beautiful racquet to say the least. and I cannot wait to try it out.
I normally get the 43/8 but got the 1/4, which I'm glad I did, I think the 3/8 would be too big.
Yes, it looks simply beautiful!
Lwto, PLEASE do me a favor and share your opinion here when you get a chance to give it a test-drive. I thought the sweetspot was low and I would like to know if I am tripin'
Just picked up a demo of this racquet. With 4 3/8 grip, one Wilson Pro Overgrip, and one rubberband dampener it weighs in at 11.9. The Pure Drive Roddick demo with the same add-ons weighs in at 11.8. My leaded YT Radical MP's weigh in at 11.75, so not too far off normal. I have yet to hit with either of the demos.
Did you notice a difference in grip size between the PD Roddick and Bio 200PLUS ?

Just got done hitting with the 200 Plus. Really liked the head shape and string pattern combo which does generate plenty of spin. The racquet feels both stable and smooth with a generous sweet spot and decent plow through on slightly off-center hits. Volleys also felt very stable as did defensive slice backhands. I could not really tell much difference in the additional weight of my current stick. The 200 Plus is harsher, but more stable than the YT Rad MP I'm using now, and was way less harsh than the PDR. It is an extremely low powered and very control oriented racquet but I felt like my footwork and timing had to be better with the YT Rad MP. The PDR was way less demanding of the three, but the 200 Plus was not far behind. I did not get a chance to serve with either demo. I would use this racquet in a heartbeat if it were less stiff and more powerful. Both demos were strung with Wilson NXT 17.
In fact it does have a very very similar feel to by kblade 98 with a little more forgiveness.
