Can anyone help identify this Antique Racquet

I have been given this really old tennis racquet recently and was hoping that someone may be able to identify what make and possible model it is . I know its old and would like to know a little more about its history. I have taken 8 photos of the racket - please follow link Any help greatly appreciated.

Toulet & Co. (France) I owned a model called OXFORD with the exact ribbon logo and the initials R T. Not sure what the R stands for.
