Loop swing, not straight back and then forwards.
ALLOW coiling to happen, because forcing it to happen means it won't.
Relax, turn shoulders well. Separate the shoulder's from the hips.

Thanks I tried this but I feel on the backswing keeping the racquet above my shoulders on the pull back and then hitting through is better
I tried the allowing the ball and the loop but it seemed I became more lazy inmy preparation if that makes any sense . Maybe with more practise ?
Some pros go straight back, then forwards, for a PRO level shot, both serves and groundies.
While other's employ a C shaped loop, ATP takeback, or continous loop.
Try them all, find the best for you, then practice it a lot.
