I bought the T315 from TW purely based on specs and reviews here. I have been playing with it for more than a month now, and bought a second one for backup. TW matched each to an UNSTRUNG weight of 11 oz (the 315 grams which is the basis for the name). I use Luxilon BB Rough a 52 lbs. I am a 3.5 player, and can hang with 4.0 guys in doubles or singles rallies.

The first stick I got was the "older" model, which says on it that it has a 7 pt HL UNSTRUNG balance and recommends 49 - 57 lbs tension. The second stick is the "newer" model, which advertises a 8 pt HL UNSTRUNG balance and recommends 55 - 65 lbs. The newer one also specifies the RA to be 66 and the beamwidth to be 22 mm. Both have a headsize of 97 si. The string pattern is 18*20. My grip size is a 4 1/2.

With strings and overgrip, they should be about 11.6 oz and 5 pts HL STRUNG.

The T315 replaced my more-demanding Wilson N6.1 95. The smaller headsize and higher static weight and SW proved too much for me for extended play. I also demoed several sub-11.5 oz STRUNG racquets like the O3 White but they lacked stability against hard servers or hitters.

This racquet seems to have the best of many worlds. It has sufficient mass for stability in singles baseline games, head size is more forgiving, it is easy to swing fast, and react quickly in doubles. The stiffness of 66 gives sufficient pop, yet is comfortable enough to avoid arm pain (I also string it low). The feel (which was totally absent on the O3 White) is plentyful. Off center hits are not harsh. Several sets of singles or doubles are not fatiguing at all with this stick. The really powerful serves I could (sometimes) generate with the 6.1 95 don't happen with this stick (for me).

The head size does not interfere with my 1 H BH. If anything, the lesser swingweight has made me develop a more swoosh-like controlled swing which is yielding great results (as commented upon by several people who didn't know about my racquet switch).

I am not sure whether the Texalium material (Texalum in the US, but that spelling won't yield many results in Google search) used in this racquet is distributed everywhere, or is in specific positions, but it is advertised as a light but powerful material consisting of carbon fibers reinforced with aluminum.

I find the 18*20 pattern rare in a racquet of this type. It gives me a lot of accuracy, specially on the backhand. I don't find top spin compromised. I use a SW grip on the FH and don't feel any noticeable reduction in spin.

Overall, a very good compromise for less than advanced players.

I am glad to hear that. I just ordered one and it is on its way. I really loved the Wilso nSixone 95 too but it was just too heavy for me. It gave plenty of pop but still some great control. But after hitting for a while I would get tired and sore, I am not that strong. I finally found a racquet that is perfect. The Tecnifibre tfight 315 gave me all the control and feel, but still the pop that the Wilson did but lighter. It is alot easier to swing.

I really liked the 16 x 19 open string pattern on the nsixone and was worried about the tighter one of the tight 315 but it feels like it is just as easy to generate spin but with more control. I have never purchesed a racquet so fast. I'm very anxious for it to arrive now.
