Continental Backhand

I was wondering if any current pro uses a continental backhand with a semiwestern grip? Do any good pros still use a continental backhand? I was wondering because I am currently using a:

Continental Backhand/slice
Semi-western Forehand
Continental Serve

One of my friends told me to switch to a eastern backhand, do people currently use an eastern backhand? I know people like federer do, but I mean..Oh yeah I use a 1H backhand. So, I like the feel for a continental, but I dont want to be the only one using a continental backhand in tournys and stuff.

Do you have any trouble with your topspin 1HBH using a continental grip?

If your backhand is working well for you and you can at least hold your own in a rally if an opponent chooses to relentlessly attack your backhand then why would you care if anyone else is using a continental backhand?

FWIW, I was taught the 1 hander with a continental grip almost 2 decades ago. I then changed to a semi-western backhand because of the type of game-style I wanted to play.
