Yep, I know some Italian so I'm starting to pick up Spanish from the number of matches I listened to Spanish commentaries They seem to choose the best matches to cover from those available most often.

They are always like that on justin.tv. Even in the small window, the resolution is abysmal. Not enough bandwith I guess for something higher. Higher res streams usually buffer too much to be watchable, unless it's a paying service, such as the online watching for Wimby. Streams on betting sites are somewhere in between, somewhat better than this.
