Difference between topspin-slice and kick?

What's the difference between the two serves?

I read somewhere that a kick serve should follow through to the right side (righty) and topspin-slice to the left.

But don't both have the same spin?

For Right handers - a slice is a serve that moves to the left, kinda like a slider in baseball
- a kick serve will bounce the opposite way, it will bounce high to the z right
- a topspin serve, doesn't kick right, but depending on the action might
bounce a little left - Has more spin for control than a flat serve...

I don't need to know those.

There are serves called topspin-slice (one serve) with both topspin and slice implemented. And there are also kick serves. Both have diagonal spin (up and right for a rightie) on them. What is the difference.

When I hit my topspin serves they bounce to the left. I also tried standing back near the fence and just poped it up and hit a straight projectile high in the air and it had no curve. Once it landed it bounce to the left. (right-handed) Sometimes it jumps to my right but it rarely comes out. (Maybe 9 times per year.) Whats going on?
