You'd probably want to see a medical doctor or specialist vs. "online doctors" here.
I have seen doctors who have never had these injuries and advice you from their books. They have absolutely no clue. They give you the standard rest, ice, etc.. which is OK but I already know that.
I prefer to get advice from the 'older' players where I play. I know many 50-60 year olds who have been playing for 20+ years. Most have gone through every possible tennis injury and can provide very sound advice from experience.
but back to the OP.. go see a doc
and he will tell you to do the REST, ICE, REST, ICE, ICE (and then compression and massage and PT when it stops hurting.)
