Turboman - Father Ted with a Cape - gotta love it.

Just tweedling my thumbs and hitting new posts about every other minute. Turboman is from the britcom "My Hero" - I think that's the name of it at least. The hero (literally) is the came chap that played Father Ted on the show of the same name (don't know is name off hand).
I gotta go with the Flash -- the one in the red suit from this earth, not the earth II guy with the weird hat. He was the best! He could shimmy shake and bake so fast he could just vibrate himself into other dimensions and worlds, no wormhole needed ... could run around the world seven times in less than one second, near the speed of light. Kept his super red suit in his ring! Gotta love how his girlfriend was always complaining that Barry Allen (his alter ego) was too slow ... I really dug the Green Lantern too, and the Green Hornet and Kato were kinda cool. The dude from Mars, Green Jonno' Jonzz or something like that, was as powerful as Superman, but his Achilles heel was FIRE, a much bigger problem than kryptonite. The Atom had a great thing going with getting to be so, so small ... From the Marvel family, other than Spidey, I really liked Elastic Lad, Johnny Flame, and the Invisible Girl.
Anyone remember the old TV show the Immortal, the guy with blood that gave him eternal life, but he was hunted like an animal by the sick old terminally ill billionaire in a wheelchair?

Oh, and by the way, do you know just how difficult it is to say 'howdy y'all' with an English accent and make it believable.

If they played tennis, Superman and Spiderman would have the clear advantage over the others. Superman with his flying ability, and Spidey with his agility. I'd give a slight edge to Spiderman overall because he can jump high enough to smash any lob attempt and he can get to any ball sent his way where Superman's super strength could work against him when he sends balls sailing. Superman might be really strong, but Spidey has better hand eye coordination. Spiderman takes it in superhero tennis.
