Like I posted in this thread http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=189370 , ATP recognizes WCT Challenge Cup in its stats. It took time for me (I wrote they for a long time) but I did it!

On Monday, enter the ATP website and you will probably see that one included in its archives.

Same with WCT Forest Hills won by Gerulaitis in 78 and by Dibbs in 79.

And for sure, they won't include WCT Salisbury 80 & 81, neither WCT T.O.C. Dorado Beach 79 (those were all RRobin, one group, no SF's)

Cause the format of the event I believe (take a look at ITF website, they don't register those titles in players bio's neither).

But, like I said to they, ATP INCLUDES PEPSI GRAND SLAM!!!

The WCT Cup also had an unusual format, which if I recall correctly had a round robin.

Yes, but two groups round robin with SF's and final. That was WCT Invitational in first two years 78 & 79 (Forest Hills), then moved to Salisbury and changed it format.

borg played 5 MATCHES, amritraj 4, connors 3 in 1978?

In the Salisbury tournament all players had five matches. In 1978 Borg, Amritraj and Connors played five matches with Borg winning all his, Amritraj winning 4 but losing one to Borg and Connors winning 3 but losing to Borg and Amritraj.

Also the height should be corrected. Rosewall was actually smaller than 1,75. I think around 1,68-70.

I guess my memory is off. I can't recall ITF ever not having Pepsi or the Challenge Cup. I remember browsing that site a few months ago.

To clarify, ITF always count WCT Invitational in Borg's "player activity", but never in the player "biography", "single titles". According to they, was a database problem with some Round Robin events.

Besides that, they never count Pepsi 77. This tournament was missing. Not even in player's activity (game by game record). They do now
