Flattening out the forehand - instructional video?

Hi guys

I have some difficulty with putting away high balls with the forehand. Of course, I can always let them drop, but I want to attack. Does anyone know an instructional video which deals with this topic? Or perhaps some pros hitting it in slow mo would do the trick as well.

With a loop take back, instead of letting it drop, you should actually time it so that you hit more across your chest. It's a little hard to describe, try not going so much underneath the ball as you are going across it.

Take the racket back farther than usual, and just pull it as hard as you can.
Racket should stay close to body, elbows bent.
It works for me..

Technically I know this, but thanks for the advice. Maybe next week I'll stop being lazy and go spend an hour trying to get it.

I just kinda want to see it done.

In terms of the wrist, there shouldn't be a wiper blade motion as toughshot points out. Should the wrist snap directly accross left to right, or stay largely out of this swing? It seems that it could work both ways.

It's kinda funny because I flatten out high balls with my 2HBH with both good depth and power.
