forehand. help?

hello there. im mr. i hate my forehand

I need help.

I don't know whats wrong, but I just can't hit forehands these days.
They're just so inconsistent, uncomfortable, everyhting negative you can think of.

my coach says that even though i dont like my forehand its actually not that easy to return because spin and etc, the problem is now its not even that.

Im just not even having right control or direction.
but i have no idea what is wrong. i consistently miss the sweet spot
just the when i hit the forehand nothing is coming togehter and being a very focused shot

compared, to my backhand, where everything flows, and its just like "lalalalal" Pop pop pop pop pop

where forehands are like
'shyt'

are there any kinds of tips to help fix this problem?

A little vague, and we can't really comment if you don't post your grips, if you like to hit with a lot of topspin or if you hit more flat. I can't make any helpful suggestions with the info you have given us (the board). Sorry.

i hit with a semi-western or slightly more full western
topspin, aggressive.

What's the point of having a coach if you post here for something so easy?

im just trying to get some different opinions on this.
i know i have a coach, not until this saturday

playing tomorrow again, just trying to get some tips before then.
