found my forehand again

as you all know i have lost my forehand, which was my best shot but until 2 days ago my forehand as awful and very inconsistent, but before i hit big forehands with no effort.
now i have found my forehand again. what i forgot to do was when i hit my forehand i need to explode with my forearm and my hand. what i was doing before was i used my shoulders to try to power the shot but that didnt work out well; it had some pop but no consistency.
now i feel good that i have reclaimed my forehand!!! after all those months of searching to get my forehand back and now one simple fix fixed it all!!!

man ... i'm having the same trouble you had. i totally lost my forehand, which was my biggest weapon in my arsenal. but now, my backhand has totally surpassed my forehand. all my forehands are sooo bad now ... and i still havent found it yet.
