to federer: he will believe in himself again.and he is capable to win in RG. a big relief for him.
as for nadal: he has put down his winning streak burden. he can now takes a good rest and defend his title in RG. it is actually better for nadal w/o burden to go into the RG..

I'm just making a joke based on the previous stupid post assuming they're gonna be in the final. Who can predict taht 1 week before the event even starts? I'm guaranteeing they're both in the QFs. After that, it depends on what form they're in. Maybe Hewitt gets really hot and takes it. Maybe Nole does.

it's very likely they'll face off in the final again. Roger has been in every other GS final too, and Nadal has obviously been the king of clay. Fed is still no 2 on clay, just like Nadal is no 2 overall despite the many times he's defeated Fed. It's possible they could lose in the first round but if anyone who else is more likely to succeed than they are? As soon as Fed wins the RG whether its this year or coming years, he will be crowned as the goat and everyone can quit bickering, and move onto his wimby record vs pete wimby record.
