The magnificent 5 tiered cake is rolled in to the Bistro by Drak and the always adorable Bailey, who is wearing her best outfit. The curtain is drawn. Inside the cake, FiFi is counting the minutes until Dedans, CC, Fee, Mikey B, Frodo, Sentinel, Leelord, Peter, Jo11y, Serendip, and Mav drag Sup back to the bistro after a lovely dinner. The lights get flipped on finally and out of the cake pops Fifi singing

Accused of having Elf blood or doing something devious like drinking virgin's blood (she accused the director of the tennis club for doing that). Either or, I've seen you over the years and you haven't changed much. Perhaps its time to spice up the mustache at least.

I'm debating with myself if I should attend this conference or not: USENIX LISA'09

It'll take place November 1-6 in Baltimore. Does that count as "DC"? :)

(Only problem is that it sort of collides with a tennis tournament here in Sweden (Stockholm) that runs between Okt 23 - Nov 1).

The next conference that would be in that area is LISA'13 (2013) which will be in DC itself... But that is 4 years from now :)

You're very welcome....er...ILC, could you please stop batting-your-eyes at Sup (at least in my presence) it's really embarrassing...lol. As for the Skins, don't be so down. I think giving Campbell a little more support in the form of a vote-of-confidence as well as some weapons besides Portis would help. As it is, teams are going to be stacking-the-box and daring Campbell to beat them. Brennen (the kid from Hawaii) scares me if his un-performance against Georgia in the Sugar Bowl was any indication. Collins? Good, dependable backup...more of a game manager type QB. As insane as it may sound, I was semi-surprised that owner Daniel Snyder (impulsive as he can be) didn't take a harder look at Vick if nothing else then to keep him off another NFC East roster. Skin's had a slew of close games in '08--they're not New England explosive--so your kicking game needs to be up to snuff. On the bright side, even though the G-men at the Meadowlands may be a tough nut to crack on opening day, I think the Skin's "non-division" schedule has SIX teams that they can load up some "W's" with: Rams, Lions, Bucs, Chiefs, Broncos & Raiders. (Philly & Dallas back-to-back on the road will be tough though). It's a long season...don't wish anything bad on anyone, but what if Romo went down? Skins only real problem is that they're in a deep NFC East divisionl; they could easily be playoff material in another division and again, the season's long...stranger things have happened. But I digress: Happy Birthday

...and would you get yer friggin' grubby paws off ILC already, dammit? Jeez!!!
