im wondering if this is true. head heavy and head light rackets use different muscles of your arm.
what i mean is does a head heavy racket use your forearm more cuz the weight is away from your wrist therefore you have to be stronger in the forearm to use it. whereas a head light racket uses more wrist, NOT that you have a wristy forehand, but that your wrist has to be stronger.
is this true? i was just thinking about it now, wondering if its common sense or just my mind gone crazy (dont add a snarky comment... please haha)
