HEAD Hydrosorb Tour vs 2013 Hydrosorb Pro: Same Same or Different ?

HEAD's Hydrosorb Tour grip is supposedly a thinner and lighter version of the regular Hydrosorb (which incidentally is no longer listed in TW). So how is the newer (2013?) Hydrosorb Pro any different? TW lists its thickness at 1.75mm, but does not list a thickness spec for the Tour. Are they pretty much the same or different products altogether?

Hydrosorb Pro is fitted to the recent black 25th Anniversary Prestige while the Tour is fitted to the red Prestige MP.

I'm curious about this too. TW currently has both the Tour and the Pro, so they are probably not the same thing. Anybody used both?

Bump - I would like to know this as well.

My ltd edition prestige MPs are lighter than my regulars ones by about 7-10 grams. I've heard the black grommets are a little lighter than the clear ones but I'm wondering if some of the weight is in the grip as well. That would certainly be an easy fix.

Tour is ventilated

Pro is a normal grip while the Tour has light perforations for ventilation. Radicals come with the pro, not sure about other Head racquets. If you look on TW you can clearly see the difference.

If surface and base are of same material between Tour and Pro, then why pay more for the Pro? Plus ventilation, minus the cost - sounds like a great deal to me!

The tour is a little bit thicker and a few grams heavier than the Pro.
I like the Tour much better as I like the extra weight in the handle and the slightly thicker feel
