When I hit my ground strokes, especially on my forehand side, my head pulls up prematurely. What can I do to fix this? Please help.

Any separate advice is welcome as well.

Thanks in advance

Do forum search on "Federer vision"
Milder, more optimal version of this technique would be this:
Basically you have to train yourself to "let go" of the ball mentally, once you've made contact. This will keep your head still for a moment, because you don't continue to watch the ball after you hit it.
For more common forehand technique (than Federer's) head will still turn with the rest of the body, no need to force it to stop. But keeping your head "on the right side" will help your balance and weight transfer.

Well you have to consciously tell you to stay with your swing more rather than follow the ball. Else, as the post before mine suggested you could try this. It takes some time to adjust to. And it also highlights that a great number of players do rather okay with various vision techniques. IIRC, Murray at contact looks straight at his target and not evne at the ball. You can't see the ball at those speeds when they're too close to you; your eyes cannot follow its path anymore. So as long as you hit the ball in the sweetspot and have decent control over your shots, I wouldn't worry that much.

But yeah, no "secret" here: you have to make the effort consciously until it's so deeply engraved into your memory that you don't have to think about it anymore.

The position of your camera is not optimal: you should place it behind you. Also, vertical videos are evil. Never again; even if it isn't you holding the camera. It completely robs details off the scene. It's not even good for the serve either.
