How many areas have early start leagues?

Our 2019 play began in October and our tri-level season ended in December, our first set of mixed leagues ends this month, and our first set of adult leagues will end next month in Connecticut. Even across New England this seems to be early; my friends in Vermont are just starting play. The Adult League forum seems dead, hinting that not too many people are playing right now. How unusual is our early start schedule? Are there other areas that do this?

In 2018, the following sections had early start leagues for 18+/40+

Eastern
Florida
Middle States
Missouri Valley
New England
NorCal
Northern
Southern
Southwest
Texas
*******

For 2019, add in Pacific NW. And if you were to also look at Mixed and 55+, PNW would be included in 2018 too.
