To me it feels softer than 68 but I have the European 18/20 version. It actually feels softer than my Prestige's, closer to 60 but that could of course be because they have been played with a lot over the years!

Update: I have tried the 16x18 in two versions (2004 -"original"- and one manufactured in 2007)

The stiffness is around 66-67 .

I love this racquet!

I had my HPS 16x18 restrung nearly a month ago and had the shop RDC it because I was curious and unstrung, it measured 71.

It will vary a lot due to Wilson QC. What you posted is a TW average. Only way to tell for a particular frame is to measure the RA while strung. Unstrung will be slightly higher, I think.
