I added lead. Need help

So I added 3 grams to the 3 and 9 o'clock on my pure storm tour. Is that considered a good starting point or a lot?

I immensity noticed a huge improvement in sweetspot and my ground strokes seemed more controlled and better pace

But my serve was off. Mostly my flat serve was going long. Was wondering why?

Maybe I'm crazy

adding lead generally exposes weak points in technique

just make sure to toss it high, bend your knees and have a loose wrist

some serving practice will sort out the problem

Adding lead to the tip increases SW..swing weight, so you're late because the racket his HEAVIER to swing.
You'll adjust in 3 days, but now need to adjust both your first and second serve swings.
If no adjustment was needed, that means you didn't change anything.

That's not a lot at all. But it is enough to throw off your timing for a while, you'll adjust.

Bigger sweet spot and stability. I have to say it performs a lot better. My shots feel more plush and not so jarring( if that makes sense)

Unless you add lead to the handle to compensate you will also make the racquet less HL which will definitely affect the serve. you might want to add 3 grams inside the but cap or put some under the grip 6" from the end to counter balance and bring it back to 6pts HL.

3 grams at 3&9 o'c will add about 4.5 grams to the swing weight. That's (4.5% of SW) over 1% of the total swing weight of the racket - probably roughly 1.5% of total swingweight.

Yes, you will feel the difference and it will take a few days to adjust.

You could counter with tape on the handle to restore the balance. For 3/9 o'c, I would put the same amount of lead about 7" from the butt under the replacement grip.

To be honest, it will be a subtle difference in my view but maybe that's all you need or want. I have about 7.5 grams around the head of my racket at 3/9/1:30/10:30/12 o'c with 1.5 g at each location. Adding weight above 3/9 o'c near the tip makes a bigger difference in SW.
