Indoor tennis courts in Phoenix area?

Are there any indoor tennis courts in the Phoenix area? What's the cost of membership?

I'm also looking for people to play with at the 4.0 to 5.0 level.

No there aren't any. Why would you need them? I would say only about 15-20 days per year get rained out. The rest of the time you can play year round. Unless you are playing every day it won't affect you that much. I would say on average only 2 matches a year for me get canceled due to rain.

Because of the scorching heat and blinding sun during the day or do most play at night?

Yes everybody plays at night or early morning during the summer.8) For working adults this is just fine.
