Is this Babalot fake?

I bought a babolat aero pro control from tw a couple of years ago and it has been a great racquet so I bought another one on the large auction site recently because they are no longer available from tw.
Mine has the tiny letters TM after the word Babolat and the auction one does not.
Also, it seems to have some clear coat wearing off and my other one does not have that issue.
I contacted the seller about this and he said,
"I AM PRETTY SURE IT IS NOT FAKE.....I GOT ALL MINE AT TENNIS WAREHOUSE.....THEY ARE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER & I AM THE ONLY OWNER OF IT. UNLESS THEY SOLD ME THE FAKE. BUT I DO NOT THINK IT IS A FAKE OR I WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK TO THEM FROM THE BEGINNING. I ALSO USED IT AND IT PLAYED JUST LIKE MY OTHER ONES. I HAD 4 OF THESE, I SOLD THE OTHER ONES ON (the large auction site) ALSO WITH NO PROBLEMS. HAVE YOU USED IT YET ? I SURE IT WILL PLAY THE SAME ALSO. I HAVE SEEN EVEN DEMOS BEFORE THAT DID NOT HAVE THAT TM AFTER THE LOGO ? I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS, BUT I DO NOT THINK IT MEANS IT IS A FAKE. P.S. I PUT THE TWO OVER GRIPS ON IT MYSELF......ALSO IF IT HAS THAT SILVER STICKER INSIDE THE FRAME , IT IS REAL. IF YOU WANT TAKE IT TO A BABOLAT DEALER IN YOUR AREA. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU FIND OUT. REGARDS."

What do you guys think?

Regurgitating what the others said and check weight and balance point.

I'd be a bit shocked if that one was a fake, mainly because the only fake racquets you find out there are the "popular" frames (Babolat Aero Pro Drive Cortex, Pure Drives, Wilson K90s, etc.) but perhaps I haven't really seen what's out there... :p

Was in pro shop in last few weeks and the owner commented that if you can look at the paint inside of the split and see if it is 1 coat of paint or multiple. A real bab will have multiple layers since they are hand painted and the fakes have a single smoother layer. He showed several real ones and a few fake ones and it had a different feel to the touch. And was also visible with the paint lines. This may only exist on the Aero Pro Drives, but I think he said for all.

My Pure Storm GTs paint has edges that you can feel where the graphics were masked, I suppose.
