My coach and I are watching the high backhand volley video now. He is trying to get me to straighten my arm up like Kouresh does but I tend to bend my elbow and net the ball. Soroosh makes it look so easy but then you try to hit a volley like that and you realize how much lower level you are.

I have completely stopped eating Indian pickles. Too spicy and oily and cause stomach irritation, gas and burning the morning after during download time.

With my curd rice, I now only take mango chutney purchased from Trader Joes.
